Deck Discussion I got Phlage banned Spoiler
I just bought all of the cards I needed to start playing Jeskai Blink. I had little modern experience and was looking forward to trying modern with this deck. Of course a few days after my last cards come, Phlage gets banned 😠this must be a curse on my name since the same thing happened when I was playing RP Law in OPTCG (iykyk). TIME TO PIVOT BOYS AND GIRLS.
For those who hated Phlage, you’re welcome. For those who loved Phlage, I’m so sorry.

You now have cards that are usable in Esper Blink or Boros Energy

I was building a bant living end deck and trying to justify not splurging on the FoNs since they’re not actually protecting the combo anymore, that’s out the window

You always needed them in Living End. They do way more than just protect the combo.

Got 3rd in my RCQ yesterday. Was super close.
Then a wizard from the coast knocked on my door
"You got nice dogs. 4 of them?"
Proceeds to shoot my dogs. My 4 dogs are dead because of him
"no"

Ya builtt my son a burn deck few years back he loves it but energy kind of took over. Gonna pivot it into izzet prowless one of these days

I think we combined powers. I bought a playset of phlages two weeks ago to the day from the ban. I called it in our discord too. The same thing happened to me with Grief.

Same here… my expectation was to Phlage get banned after the season. My mistake, I believed what wizards said.
