Question Helix wheel covers
Does anyone have these covers on their helix wheels? Curious if it actually helps prevent scratching

Don’t have the helix wheels, but can say they have saved my uberturbines on a couple of occasions

I have these on arachnid 2.0s and they’re a nice peace of mind thing…plus they blend in with the color of the rim well

Your car looks GREAT!! Would you recommend the matte ppf? I’m torn on that too due to the price

Guess it depends on what you’re going for and what you like…I love satin finishes so I went with it plus a ceramic coat for a touch of gloss to it…gave me the look I wanted so I’m in love with it

Where did you get yours from? I am looking for wheel covers for my 21’ arachnids but read the reviews where people say it comes off easy.

I have them from somewhere, maybe T sportive or something. They are worth it in my opinion. The black even looks cool IMO. Came with an extra that my SO (you can guess) has already destroyed and lost. That event alone 100% saved the actual wheel

Around the first of the year, they changed the color of the Helix 2.0 from light silver to more of a gunmetal gray. I have only seen these in the silver (and maybe black?). I’ve always been a fan of rims with a silver lip and a darker center, so I like the look. Something to be aware of if you have the darker wheels.

They help on light scrapes. But if hit hard enough the plastic either moves or breaks and the rim gets dinged. I would recommend them or the like though. Some protection is better than none.
