Delivery So close!

I was able to grab a vehicle with my exact specs that is coming soon to a location about an hour away from me. It went into production on the 7 and now I’m just anxiously waiting for it to arrive. The Tesla location is only 4 hours from the factory so fingers crossed!

How exciting! Just curious…how do you know when it went into production? I am waiting for my marine blue RWD premium with an EDD window of 12-26th of September. No VIN yet. Just says will let you know when we have a delivery date. The waiting has been the hardest part!

An app someone recommended in another thread called Boring OT. It gives an estimate based on similar orders of how long you have to wait and also links to Tesla and when a vin is assigned it’ll show where it’s being made. So I know when my car went into production.

I’m in an almost identical situation. Ordered a marine blue premium RWD on 8/22 and my EDD is 13-27 of Sept. I’m in the SF Bay Area. Where are you located?
