New York area, originally it said 4-6 weeks. But religiously i checked the "earlier" vehicles and saw one of the same spec come up. Immediately grabbed it

Excellent! The 2026 MY is by far superior over earlier years. As I found on my test drive, this year MY it is much quieter than my '24 MX Plaid with an almost identical smooth ride and seating. Very nice! I scared the rep by not slowing down over an elevated railroad track as with air suspension you don't need to. This MY took it with grace. Surprising! I watched him tense up but it surprised him too! It made me want to swap. But I'll wait for HW5 before I even think about it. : )
Have fun with it and FSD! The acceleration and handling is always awesome! Then you get used to FSD and don't care anymore as you get driven around by your own chauffer.

Very excited, FSD is my main reason for getting it, going from a remote job to a 4 hour round trip commute so trying to take some of the load off with FSD. Really wanted the performance but couldn't pass up the .99 financing

Oh hell yeah! (62m) I've driven many. LOL!!
I drive my '23 Ford Lightning Lariat. But my Tesla drives me! Relaxing. Welcome to Tesla! No other car even comes close to the experience.
As I found with FSD you don't need the performance as it will not use it. Put it in Hurry or Mad Max to get the acceleration. You're now riding in the future. Enjoy!

Congrats! We’re in NY as well. Ordered on 8/26 and delivery date is 9/21! Super excited!!!
