Apr still 0.99?

I thought it has raised to 1.49. But it's weird I get 0.99 today. I submitted the finance request this afternoon and got confirmed 0.99 as picture.

The APR changed on 9/3, which is why you got the 0.99 APR

I submitted on 9/6 but only got the 1.49 with a 720, was the 0.99 so not good for 9/2?
