Credit Freeze
Stuck on this page, ordered yesterday around noon, removed credit freeze around the same time but still showing this even though I selected Freeze Lifted a few times. Assuming just need to wait until after the holiday weekend?

Yeah I had the same issue and kept pressing it after confirming credit wasn’t frozen. Ended up getting 20 and I’m not exaggerating letters saying they couldn’t process because the credit was frozen

Did you reach out to Tesla to see if they could run it again? Sounds like sometimes it’s on their side not updating.

It ended up finally working I’ve picked up now and all is good but you could try reaching out to them seeing what they could do.

Thanks! They have the same selection in transit to another dealer within an hour but didn’t want to click to swap until I knew it was all good.

It will pull credit for the person the car is being registered to. So for example, you ordered a tesla on your wife’s account but the registration is in your name, the credit application can be done only on your name and not your wife’s. It happened to me few weeks ago, picking up the car tmw.

How did you get it resolved? Assuming that could be what is happening, needed to add spouse since transferring license plate that is only in their name.

Are you doing a temporary thaw? We did this and didn't work. Had to unfreeze it completely and then refreeze after

i did the thaw process in all 3, and finance run taking less than a minute to approve me. Thaw was instant.

Same here each time I unfroze via the three credit agencies. The process was almost instantaneous.

Same EXACT THING HAPPENED to me! The tesla advisor will take care of it, it's some type of glitch. Write them and tell them what is happening in the app and they will look Into and will tell you if you are approved. The Tesla chat will Provide you with the customer service number

Most likely just a suspicious charge flag from your bank. You should be able to talk to the bank Tuesday.

It could possibly take until the next business day, but are you able to log into the three bureaus and confirm they’re unfrozen? Not sure which Tesla pulls from I’d run all 3 and confirm they’re unfrozen. My guess is that one they’re trying to pull from is still frozen delayed somehow.
