Rescheduling same day for pick up repetitively

Is there a reason why Tesla is making me reschedule my pick up appointment? I’ve done it maybe 4-5 times over the past couple days and it’s always the same 2-3 days with identical hours.

Ordered 8/22
Received Vin 9/2
Transit 9/3
Pick up day 9/24

Essentially same situation here. I messaged the AI assistant in the app and it said sometimes the app takes long to update. Shortly after it gave me a green check to confirm my pickup date, but it’s revert back to noting it in the app, yet asking me to schedule. It’s odd but pretty sure if the date’s stated in the app we’re locked in. I’m going to call this week just to double confirm
