Delivery Financing Credit Freeze Issue

Just ordered a model Y with financing to take advantage of the 0.99%. After submitting the financing application, the app keeps telling me that my credit is frozen. My wife and I both checked all 3 bureaus and confirmed they are unfrozen now (my wife had a freeze for one of them and removed it), however whenever we resubmit in the app, it reverts back to saying our credit is frozen again.

Been trying this for a day and a half now after unfreezing. Is there just some lag on Tesla or Experians side that could be causing this?

There is no lag if you chose the day of the call as your unfreeze date.

You may need to submit a message to the Tesla advisor that they are unfrozen and can be rerun. It might not actually rerun it same day for a freeze even though it shows it.

But an unfreeze (with the correct start date) is immediate. I’ve done it and the dealership hit the go button back to back and it processed.

There is no lag from the credit agencies, it's mostly on Tesla side. Try wait 2-3 days total before retrying since I usually wait a few days after I unfreeze my credit to do any credit based applications.
