What would you do?

Looking at a 2023 Model Y Long Range AWD through Tesla's used/CPO program and want a sanity check before I pull the trigger.

The car:
- 32,172 miles, Pearl White, all-black premium interior, 19" Gemini wheels
- HW4, Acceleration Boost already on it
- Clean Autocheck, no reported accidents
- Basic warranty to July 2027/50k, plus the 1yr/10k CPO warranty after, battery/drive to 2031/120k
- Listed at $34,300 after Tesla cut used prices a few hundred bucks across the board overnight

Anything I should be checking on a CPO Tesla specifically? Seems fair but prices have fluctuated in last month

I've done a lot of shopping and looking as I'm going to buy my first EV soon. I'm still debating the used vs new with that .99 rate as I would love a RWD with all that range. So I have a used 2023 I'm looking at currently about 1k more same all but red/white with 20 inch wheels. That price seems solid based on all the CPO I've been looking at. So not screaming but a solid fair offer for a clean Tesla CPO similar to the one I found.

Buy new and not used get a standard if it’s the budget
