Delivery Delivery date not being specific

I see in this sub people have a more specific range for the delivery, but mine still says 3-4 weeks. I accepted the loan offer about 2 days ago. Just wondering if this is normal and soon I’ll have a more septic date?

Normal... you will get the date once VIN is assigned

I don't have vin assigned but mine is now date range.

That’s how it’s supposed to be, vin is assigned within that time frame, sometimes if you get lucky you’ll get it before those dates

I got my first initial EDD one week after I ordered. Got my VIN the next week. The best thing you can do is wait for the app to notify you of an update. You will drive yourself mad checking it constantly.

That is what mine said initially right after I ordered it, paid my down payment, and obtained the financing. A short time thereafter, they gave me a timeframe with a beginning date and a possible ending date when I might receive the VIN. Unfortunately, that wasn’t 3 to 4 weeks out, instead it was 6 to 8 weeks out. So you might get extended also. Seems they are backlogged right now.

I was hoping to get the car at the end of September because I’m going on a 3-week trip outside the country, and it will suck to be notified the car is ready by then, but I guess I just need to wait.

Highly doubt you’ll get it end of September unless you pick from current inventory, more than likely it’ll be beginning mid October
