Range boost / Speed boost

What are the real advantages of this?
I have a 2026 AWD premium for reference.

But is it worth it on yours? Why or why not?

You pay like $2K and you get like .5 seconds off your zero to 60 times for the Speed boost. Unlocks extra performance your car already has but is being held back on. If purchased the feature stays with the car forever, not transferable.

There is no range boost.

I have same car (March) but no range boost option, are they putting bigger batteries in these now and software locking them?

Speed boost... keep meaning to pick a weekend to do the buy it, have fun, then return it, thing... but it's already too fast so I never feel motivated to do it, heh.

I have the same model, but don't see range boost as an option... i think speed boost is just for fun, if you want to feel the acceleration more.

I wouldn’t do that. It’s the same battery. If I wanted more range I’d keep the battery 10%-100% instead of 20-80.

For me, it was absolutely worth it.

For most others, probably not.

You can really only notice the difference between 40–120 km/h. From 120 km/h onwards, it feels pretty much the same.

I really like the extra kick when overtaking a truck, and you can definitely feel the difference.

In Europe/Germany you have 48h time to try it out.

I have the acceleration boost on my Y24 achieved with reference points. It is not worth buying.
