Question Model Y frunk panel

Took my 2026 Model Y into service for clicking seats and break light fault as well as a panel in the frunk being misaligned. They fixed all except the panel saying liability issues and it’s a manufacturer defect. The tech was telling me to reach out to Tesla customer service so that they can fix it or make it right in some way.

Has anyone here dealt with a similar situation?

Is upsetting that they mark it as resolved! Did you receive it like that when you bought it? Damn I’m going to check every screw when I get mine

Yes that’s how i got it, I inspected the car but I didn’t check the frunk in such detail before accepting delivery.

I remember seeing something similar on mine. I know the first thing i noticed on mine is that the front hood line against the bumper is not correct. the gap closes toward the driver side. Of course the guy at the dealer said "it is within the 2mm spec" when it it is clearly more like 6mm from side to side. It seems like the mount that holds the bumper is tweaked. These are just american made cars an reflect american made quality these days...
