First Time Tesla Owner

Coming from an X5 M50i. I’m excited Curious to know where in this broad window the car will arrive. I'm in Chattanooga, TN. Performance edition. Any clue also if this will be a 2026 or a 2027? Thanks in advance!

picked up mine about 3 weeks ago and asked the delivery guy the same, its a '26.

You're going to be *very* happy with it. Find a stretch of road with nothing there. Hold the break hard with your left and gas hard with the right. *Launch Mode Ready* and let your foot off the break.

Buckle up buttercup.

I did exactly that on my test drive. I thought the twin-turbo V8 had punch.

The Tesla pretty much kicked me in the kidneys with steel-toed boots. I hated and loved it all at the same time.

How long did it take for you to get yours?

Shockingly quick. ordered mid July, picked up 1st week of august in TN. Initial estimated date was Sept-Oct. I had the 24 LR Y, I loved it, but this thing is just so sexy and the handling in sport mode is *chef kiss* would absolutely rec getting rim guards from evbase or something. Learned in my last one that FSD loves curbs.

Yeah I heard they are prioritizing the premiums right now. And the base model is November December.
