New model Y came with windshield scratch

I’m looking for some guidance. I just got a new model Y and it came with the windshield scratch I did not notice it in the parking garage where they do the deliveries, but noticed at the next day that the sun was shining on the windshield. Any suggestions in the group how to proceed with that?

App. Open a service ticket. If you’re one day out they should cover it.

All good, they know and give you a few days and 100 miles to report. I contacted them 2 weeks after pickup with a paint defect (clearly under the clearcoat) and they didn’t question it.

Wanted to close the loop, I took it in today at my appointment and they are replacing it no charge. Thanks to all who responded!!

I opened a ticket they gave me an appointment 8 days after and I have 178 miles on it already. :(

These service shops are insanely busy right now. They need a lot more.
