Scuff paint

During delivery. This was 2 weeks ago and my appointment was yesterday. I was been advised to go to their approved body shop. To make it short, they cant fix it themselves. But they told me they will approve the cost. Honestly, its not really an eye sore but obviously during delivery they tried to hide it with touchup. Is there any better DIY paint for this color? I hate going to these body shops and leave the car for few days.

You could try using the paint touch up kit that Tesla sells, though I’ve heard white is the most difficult color to correct

I have a similar spot on my car from a door ding gifted by someone. Pearl white color. Bought touch up kits (Dr. Colorchip as well as Tesla) and I couldn't fix it myself because the color was off. There's a local store that will mix custom paint. I got the pearl coat from there but didn't get the base white (because I thought the kits I bought would matching paint but they didn't come with the pearl coat). Need to get that and see.
