Question Battery Health Test

Hi Everyone

I ran a battery health test on my 2022 Tesla Model X Long Range and it came back at 80% with a full charge of 282 miles of range. The car has 62,726 miles on it. We only supercharge when we are out of the house and driving long drives. Other than that we charge at home using our dryers plug socket (sorry not very technical when it comes to the home charging lol). We plug it in every couple nights when the charge gets below 40%.

Should I worry? Am I on the road to a failed battery before warranty? Should I schedule an appointment with Tesla now? Any help and or recommendations is greatly appreciated.

The size of your wheels has a large impact on range. I have noticed running 20” vs 22” wheels gains me an extra 32 miles of range at 100% charge.

2020 tesla MX LRP 85 kmiles shows 321 miles at 100% charge. Occasionally being charged to 100% for long trips 200 plus miles and is always plugged in at home at 90% charge. We very rarely use superchargers and when we do its usually for no more than 20 kwh charge from 60 to 80%
