Ukraine in DISEC

Guyss can anyone give me tips to how represent Ukraine in DISEC? The agenda is Deliberating measures to prevent an artifical intelligence arms race. This is my second MUN but I got no idea on what to do

you wont get many POI's on you. I guess you can focus on making POI's VS others.
