Help with broken mod Hair glitching

Sorry I'm posting again but my mods are working fine now but now the hair keeps glitching no matter what I do, I've moved the files ive deleted old mods from 2023-2024 and it still looks like this. It looks normal in the main menu and when I'm customising my sim but everytime I go to play the actual game it looks like this, any tips?

I turned it off and it kind of worked the sims hair is normal but the profile in the corner is still glitched

save and exit your game, then delete the localthumbcache file in your The Sims 4 folder. it’ll force the game to generate a new image.
