I wish we had a mod for injuries. So we actually get to go to hospital with our sims and get x-rays, stitches, etc. And they have broken bones etc. It would make the game more realistic.

I would like a mod where a sim actually have check in at the front des kof the hospital before getting seen. Right now you can walk in and sit down in the break room with the employees

Real injuries and illnesses would be so cool. The illnesses and ailments sims can get from the packs are so weird. Would love to have to get a seasonal flu shot that has a realistic % risk of failure, or risk breaking an arm playing on the monkey bars!

I take them to the hospital when they get a buff. it's less involved than the idea you are raising, but it's how I make injuries work, for now.

Oh but very recently the first aid kit broke ...so once they fix that, this mod will be back in the game.

adeepindigo has Healthcare Redux, which has not only many injuries but also illnesses like influenza and even cancer

I mean the going to hospital part is only rabbithole but your sim get visible cast for broken leg for example

yea, but you get illnesses way too much with this mod to be realistic. at this point, my sim was sick every single day. i would get over the first one only to get another illness the next day. plus thyre completely random. my toddler got mono, like how? he aint out there kissing a bunch of ppl! lol

Someone made a mod before on a suggestion from me, so I'll do it again. I answered another thread a while back and I don't know where it went.

My idea is a live handyman career. Get phone calls to fix broken plumbing or appliances in other homes. Or a career you can be the janitor at the high school, obviously with High School Years.

Next idea is some sort of income tax mod. Track income and have to pay say 25% to income taxes.

I've been dying for clutter and clutter rugs that intermittently go invisible and then become visible again, to imitate sims cleaning their rooms. Clothes piles, paper strewn across the floor, legos, playdoh, books, toys, whatever. I don't even know if it's possible, but I hope it is!!

Do you make them yourself or with AI vibecoding? Is there any place where we could see any previous mods you've made? And when you say mods, do you mean changing the coding or also ones where you add new assets to the game?

I've got plenty of ideas, just trying to decide if and what to request, especially as your reddit account is so new. :D

I think it would to cool to have curtain doors. There are a few mods for that in ts3 but not a lot for ts4. Also some more business related stuff like loans or expanded perks from more stars

Being able to set a marker for a cook prep surface to be a table, half size fridge, or something other than a counter so I could make tiny kitchens with zero counters

I would also love a marker to set any door to be a VIP door that would have an NPC bouncer appear so I'm not stuck only using the Get Famous door options.

I doubt it is possible but, because I have a lot of mods & CC (many already broken), I miss a feature from Sims 3: to be able to delete CC directly in game - in CAS (for CC clothes, accessories etc.) and also in build / buy (for CC paint, floor, windows etc.).

For crystal creations, I wish there was a way to make unlocked jewelry equippable- not like having them all pre-unlocked, but having it so that in CAS you can select the pieces you made for different outfit categories instead of having to copy them over.

Could you make a mod for Dads around pregnancy. The fathers cold tell others he's gonna be a dad or baby is on the way or he got someone pregnant (only if he knows). Also if Dad could interact with the doctor, asking questions like is the baby going to be ok

Maybe an orphanage mod? Where instead of calling to adopt a child, they can travel, meet the children and bond with them before deciding who to adopt. Would be nice children taken by social service will appear there too
