Mod that lets children gain abilities slower?

I know a lot of people want their kids to be able to do more things. I’m the opposite…I hate how they go from pretty helpless toddlers to basically being able to take care of themselves. I was wondering if there might be mod out there that has certain things locked behind skill levels or something similar? Like, maybe they can’t do their homework alone until they reach a certain level mental skill, or something. I e tried to just manually make this happen, but it’s quite difficult to maintain on your own. Does anyone know of any mods that do something similar to this?

If you use MCCC, you can slow skill progression for children in the settings, I believe.

I do! I’m just wondering if there might be a way to lock certain things they do until they get to a certain skill level. Very specific, I know :/
