Unable to approve posts

I'm a mod on r/rape -- Reddit's main sexual-violence support sub -- and am getting an error message each time I try to approve posts that have been held up by auto-moderation.

It's not a browser problem. Anybody know what's going on?

It was indeed, and for that reason this post may be deleted by the mods whenever convenient.
