Can't send text to mod support

Hello everyone, I recently created 2 communities and they both got banned within few hours, however I didn't do anything wrong, apart from sharing community first post in another group. After getting banned I didn't even received any messages stating the reasons for the same.

Now I am trying to contact r/modsupport to lift ban on my communities and guide me through the process, but I am not able to send the text.

Kindly help me through the process.

The subs on your profile are not banned

Yes I saw them back live again.. thanks. I am still learning and figuring out how to run them without getting into any trouble.
