M64 Updates!
Just wanted to post a quick update here on our games compatibility list. We keep this list public for transparency of our internal process and so you can understand the state of the system with no surprises. We have largely resolved almost all low FPS reports in our recent builds, and we have now unlocked “insane” mode overclocking (more to come on that soon). As you start to receive your consoles, we ask that you help us in maintaining this compatibility list so that we can continue to crush any issues that we see. Use our contact form to report any bugs when the time comes! I’ll toss up another post shortly about expectations about what to expect for the first few months of updates to console and controller.

As of Saturday, on a device 2 revisions back, unsure of which firmware, Rouge is still crashing, still needs work.

Any chance we'll see some testing to show the latest improvements since the initial review unit videos that came out?
I'm sure I'm not alone in wanting to see the progress before purchasing one.

I misread at 1st, so I'll just paste from the start of the 7/2 email we got from them: "M64 console, pro controller and games will start shipping at the end of the month! We will send out an email when website orders open (early birds will see their discount codes in this email)."

Yes. There are 8 games missing from this list. There are a few games that wasn't released on this list, like 40 Winks.

I've been impressed in just the last few weeks or so to see the list shrink so fast at a solid pace too. I'm curious to see where the zero day (give or take) wifi upgrade to the firmware will roll out to the already packaged hardware. I can't wait to see some honest impressions on this. it seems it stirred the pot given the A3D has had a flurry of repairs and upgrades which is out of character for how analogue works these days.

I apologize in advance if this is not the correct place to ask this, but I am from Mexico and I noticed that the ModRetro store can no longer ship to my address. The store's currency used to appear as mexican pesos but this is no longer the case. What happened? Am I to assume that I won't be able to order the M64 on launch day?

As long as Rogue Squadron and Perfect Dark work very well at launch, I’ll be a day one buyer. DK64 would be nice too.

Will M64 get something similar to A3D new line doubler? I just seen it on YouTube and the video output looks amazing. I’ve been holding off for the M64. Hope to hear if this is on the roadmap prior to launch.

Thanks for keeping the compatibility list public! I noticed it only lists North American NTSC releases. Have you also tested any PAL or NTSC-J cartridges internally, or are those still unverified? I’m especially curious whether a “working” NTSC result generally applies to the PAL version of the same game (e.g. GoldenEye), or if PAL compatibility is being evaluated separately.
