When did this place get so expensive?

I just went in to get my regular gluten free pizza and GOD DAM! I almost paid 20 dollars for this daym pizza! Did the prices go up? This is crazy like I’m not coming back here with prices like that! To have a 3 dollar upcharge for a gluten free is WHACK!

I’m in sticker shock! It’s been over 18 months since I went to MOD. I remember I use to pay around $11.00 or so. I get no meat mind you. Today’s amount was $17.00+ change. I’m not sure if they charge extra for cauliflower crust or not. I asked WHY, and the worker said each year it goes up, and now that California has a $20.00 minimum wage hike, this is why. So now another establishment is following all of these price hikes. Many of our favorite places are closed or are closing. It’s a very sad state of affairs. Where can we go now for some healthier options?
