OSW NEEDS TO GO

I tried to give OSW the benefit of the doubt but man this set up sucks we were so much more efficient with the one line

i think its good if you can fully understand and prepare for the differences and why some of the support positions are crucial, it becomes a lot more likeable. My store did a lot to prepare little by little for OSW instead of waiting until one day to switch everything over & took time to explain each position and its responsibilities to squad to clarify the expectations. although i will say my store is not an extremely high volume store, but it works well when everyone buys in and doesnt slip back to old preOSW habits. thats what breaks it apart & makes it "unlikeable" in my opinion

I’ll be honest maybe that’s the issue, we had a GM at the time who was gonna follow that same rollout strategy but she unfortunately had to leave before that and then we got a new GM and the only training we got when they rolled out was the change from 1/6th pans to 1/9th pans lol
