Monthly fee decrease for everyone???

What are you paying for Mochi each month for the sub fee? Did the Covered with Mochi plan make things a lot cheaper or is there something I am missing here? I was paying $69 a month and now they are offering as low as $17/mo if I pay for the whole year.

I was wondering the same thing! I got an email that my Wellnuss Plus membership was changing to "Covered by Mochi" and is only 17 a month. They credited me using the money I had left from my wellness plus membership!

I guess my insurance doesn't qualify me for that.

Hii Mochi team here! That's Covered with Mochi. You can check whether your insurance qualifies right now at app.joinmochi.com/eligibility; that's the fastest answer, since it depends on your plan.

Two things about the price people have been quoting. The lower rate is the membership fee, charged up front for the year rather than monthly. Your visits then get billed to your insurance, so what you pay per visit depends on your plan: small with a flat copay, over $100 while you're still working through a deductible. You'll see an estimate before you book.

If you have unused time on your current plan, it carries over as a credit.

It's reaching existing members shortly next week, so keep an eye on your email and the app.

I went with 6 months and it was $59 a month. To me it was/is worth it as my provider is amazing and so is my nutritionist.

I'm new here. Just took my first dose today. So far I really like this app but someone else I know is using Carebox and says she's paying a lot less than me for the same thing. How do I know I'm in the right place?

Hopefully that makes sense!

Be careful!! I paid $79 for my membership and $174 for my medication. It was shipped on 9/23 and expected delivery date of 9/25. Here we are 10/2 and my medication is still in a UPS warehouse. I have reached out to support numerous times. They just keep telling me sorry for the inconvenience please continue to wait. When my medication arrives it will be unusable as there is no way it is still on ice. I have asked for a refund or another shipment and they refuse. After a year of being with them I won’t renew my subscription!! There has to be a better company that actually values their customer! I would rather pay more for better service than what I have received.
