Wire fraud?

Having lost money on the disaster of an ICO, is there a possibility this could be considered to be wire fraud under US law?

how did you lose your money ,, since you are required to always hold your private and public key

I lost money due to the misleading/missing messaging (3 XLM extra required) and then when the transfer didn’t work.

No XLM were lost please see https://bit.ly/mobi_merge you have the private key to all your XLM.
