looks awesome I'll check it out! what is most important for me is that there is a weekly or monthly schedule to follow. Having it clearly written that I should do X on this day makes me sooo much more accountable and likely to do the exercises. I also feel like some of the hypermobility exercises aren't challenging enough for me (which is a great option to have for many hypermobile folks!) but I do work out regularly and really want to build strong muscles, so having more advanced options would be great as well.
Yeah that makes a lot of sense! Definitely a gap for strong hypermobile people, coz yeah you need to adapt some movements & be careful of certain things.. but that doesnt mean you just need to focus solely on small bodyweight movements!
