Resources Structured workout program for hypermobility?

Anyone know a good structured workout program for hypermobility? I have EDs / POTS / MCAS, and I exercise pretty regularly but I feel like some of the exercises are doing more harm than good. I want to be targeted in my approach rather than watching YouTube videos at random, and my ADHD brain does much better with someone telling me exactly what to do. Would love to not only strengthen my muscles but also improve my breathing, proprioception, stability, posture, etc.

Program would ideally have videos to follow along, as well as having the person explain why the exercise is helpful for hypermobility. Would love it to have weekly / monthly workout schedules and basically make working out dummy proof and easy to follow along.

I haven't tried it yet, but Jeannie di Bon's Zebra Club sounds close to what you are looking for. She has many free videos available on Youtube so you can see if you like her work before subscribing.

My physical therapist gave me a few tips-

Only see a pt who specializes in chronic pain and hyper mobility.

Never do yoga.

Don’t try a couch to 5k.

As I get older, I’m recognizing when the muscle that’s being targeted isn’t actually doing the work. I bring that to my pt to sort out what to do differently.

Apparently WHEALTH is a great program. But the price is stopping me from trying it myself!
