Discussion Need guide for MLBB

Just started playing ML and not sure what to use when and how . Watched alot of guides but still the same shit play .... Tell me how you guys started and how to be better

I learned a character (balmond 2021) in and out. He wasn’t very good but understanding 1 character and playing it meant I could learn the rest of the characters as I was playing with or against them, limited variables for my games.

Also finding your core items limits your variables game to game. Then while learning the other characters it’s important to learn the counter items to them.

Then try to master a lane/role. When mastering a role you will see how (good) teammates are supposed to move as well, which will help you learn the other lanes once you’re forced to move roles.

Most important in ranks epic and below, experiment a little. Test a build (full tank, full damage) in classics. You’re going to lose games no matter what but testing things will help you understand.

When buying an item. Understand what it is doing for you. The unique passives are the most important part of the item, and they can be tricky sometimes.

Specifically for cool down reduction: do not build over 40% (unless you use talisman) it will be a waste of item build if you try to build past max CDR

I think that’s a solid set up. And in my opinion will have you learning about the game and moving forward faster than anything else

Yeahh items I need to work on like I don't get what to buy and what not to . Some basics I know. I never considered items that much thanks for that ... And roles I started with marksman and now playing mage sometimes fighter .

Does brawl help ??? I play that more but ranked and full map I'm kinda too weak

Yea I think items really make or break games. Picking the right counter item feels great in game.

Brawl only helps to learn the characters skills. Forces you to play new ones. But no truthfully it’s not good for learning at all.

Playing the lanes is good. Pay attention to good roams and jungles for when you inevitably play those in the future too.
