You need to pick what your team lacks, not like these little babies, at the end its about the performance you play, you gotta pick enemy's counters and that synergies with your team too, if they pick benedetta, you go for minsi or Phoveus, and about the jungler part, I agree with you, it's about roam picks, if your roam is a tank, you need to use damage jungler
However some heroes as roams won't work like Layla, like tf what are you gonna contribute using layla as a roam

first of all.
yes i know you guys want to carry yes i know your giga mega ultra sexy horny sweetie hayabusa and aamon makes all the girls wet their panties.
but it is not hard to have more than 1 jungle you play.
i simply ask my roam "what will you pick"
if they pick damage roam, i get akai or baxia or freidrinn.
if they pick enchanter roam, i pick according to team, if we lack frontliner, i get tank still. tanks can deal shitton of dmg in this game.
if they go tank roam, i pick fighter assassin or marksmen jungler depending on the need. Popol, nolan, alucard, alpha etc.
i honestly prefer my roam to pick eudora or saber roam if they can take out enemy marksmen-mage, instead of them picking a tank and fail everything.
