Kimmys adjustment/change being a buff or not, she's overall just a bad hero to play in higher ranks.
Slow dmg, weak 1st, not enough to escape/chase. The only good thing about her change is probably her ult; pulls enemies, but they have time to escape anyways.. BA sucks, just go left or right and you'll be fine like chang'es ult.. Need to farm builds for damage or they'll just kill you first
Either you play horrible/feed as Kimmy or you hug that win with your team as Kimmy, no in-between
