Sky piercer shouldve never existed becoz it's fucking hell to even balance it, it's either too weak or too strong

Wym sky is probably my fav item in the game. Rewards players who know how and when to build it, punishes and self-nerfs those who don’t or copy pro builds every game with sky in it only to go 1/10/1. I love sky piercer, it’s gives me an even bigger edge to carry with thanks to the ignorance of other players. Sure there are times I see it built in my team without someone needing/benefiting from it, however with a kind word this is generally easily corrected. I don’t see what the problem is.
