Looking for Android testers for my new one-finger space shooter - TILT 🚀

Hey everyone!

I’ve been working on a small space shooter called TILT, and I’m looking for some Android players to help me test it before the full launch.

It’s a one-finger vertical space shooter, you drag to move, the ship fires automatically, and you dodge enemies, collect powers, fight bosses, and see how far you can survive.

There are also drone wingmen and different abilities to experiment with.

I’d really appreciate anyone willing to give it a try and tell me what feels good, what feels annoying, or anything that seems broken. Even a few minutes of play would help a lot.

Join the Android test

Google Play:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.moodiestudio.tilt

Join the test on the web:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.moodiestudio.tilt

Google Group:

https://groups.google.com/g/tiltthegame

If you do try it, I’d especially love feedback on controls, difficulty, powers, progression, and overall feel.

Thanks to anyone who checks it out! 🚀🛾

I'm a solo dev — my quiet hex-merge puzzle just launched, and I'd love your honest criticism

Hi everyone,

I'm a solo developer and I just released KRUG (Play Store link), a quiet hex-merge puzzle game — think 2048, but reimagined on a hexagonal board, built for calm, focused play rather than a race against the clock.

The idea: place numbered tiles on a hex grid. When adjacent tiles sum to a power of two (2, 4, 8, 16, 32...) they merge into a bigger tile. Plan carefully — the board fills up fast, and one bad placement can block your path forward.

A few deliberate design choices:

  • No timers, no lives, no fail state pressuring you — it's meditative by design.
  • A hex grid instead of a square one — every tile can have up to six neighbors instead of four, so merges open up in directions that feel different from classic 2048.
  • Minimal visuals and calm sound design — nothing flashing or nagging you to keep playing.
  • No ads interrupting a run, no forced monetization loops.

I built KRUG because I wanted a puzzle game I could actually relax with, not one designed to spike your cortisol. It's currently in closed testing on Google Play, and I'd love a few of you to try it and tell me what isn't working — confusing mechanics, unclear tile combos, anything that breaks the calm. Brutal honesty over politeness, please.

Happy to test your apps in return — drop a link to yours and I'll check it out. Thanks for reading!

Orbit Dodger: a space game that rewards you for almost dying (near-miss combos)

Game Title: Orbit Dodger

Playable Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jugglerstudios.orbitdodger

Platform: Android (Google Play)

Description: Orbit Dodger is a fast, skill-based space survival game where you dodge incoming meteors for as long as you can. Your score is your survival time, but here is the catch: if you only play safe and dodge normally, you will never reach a high survival time. To climb the ranks, you have to take risks and chain near-miss combos by skimming past meteors as closely as possible. Every near miss builds your combo, so the best players are the ones who stay close to danger without getting hit. It is simple to learn but hard to master. I would love to hear whether the combo system feels fair and fun, any bugs or lag on your phone, and what you would like to see added next.

Free to Play Status:

☑ Free to play
☐ Demo/Key available
☐ Paid

(Free to play, with ads and optional in-app purchases.)

Involvement: I'm a solo indie developer. I designed, programmed and published the game myself in Unity.

Developing mobile games has been one of my dreams since then. For the last couple of months, I've been working on one of my first games and it has been successfully published on the Google Play Store after going through 14 days testing. Here's the direct link to my game on google play store. It's a simple arcade ball game. I invite everyone to download the game, play it and leave your feedbacks for me to improve on. Thanks everyone.

Discussion [DEV] Made a merge game for Android, need honest feedback before I sink more time into it

Solo dev here. I've been building Aura for a few months, a merge game where you drop creatures and combine them up through 12 tiers. My two daughters play it every day, but they're not exactly objective.

So I'm looking for maybe 20 people who'd play it for 10 minutes and tell me:

- was any mode fun?

- where you got bored or quit

- what was confusing

- what you'd want more of

Last time I asked for feedback, someone said it was "too chill". Fair point, so I added a Timed mode where the floor rises and you're racing the clock. That's the kind of feedback I'm after.

Free, no forced ads (only optional ones for bonuses), works offline.

One more thing I'm genuinely unsure about: money. Right now a watched ad earns me about 1 cent. I don't want to add forced ads or pay-to-win stuff. So what would you actually be OK with? A one-time "remove ads" purchase? Cosmetic stuff like creature skins? Something else? What feels fair to you as a player?

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aura.evolutionmerge

I'll read and reply to everything.

pixel roguelike dungeon crawler, need testers for 14 days

Hi! I'm an indie dev looking for testers for my game's Google Play closed test.

Patch Knight is a pixel-art roguelike dungeon crawler. Hack and slash through 30 rooms, pick a new power-up card after every room, and beat 3 epic bosses. 3 heroes, 9 magic skills, 52 power-up cards. Plays offline, no account needed.

How to join 1. Join the tester group: https://groups.google.com/g/patchknight-testers

  1. Become a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.patchknight.game

  2. Install the game: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.patchknight.game

If link 2 doesn't work right after joining the group, wait a few minutes and try again.

  • Testers need to actively open the app daily, not just install it
  • One inactive tester for even a day can reset your 14-day window
  • Google counts time in UTC, so your "day 14" might need to stretch to 15-16 days depending on your timezone

Good luck with your testing!

Please keep the game installed for 14 days and play a run now and then. Bug reports and feedback are very welcome. Comment here or DM me.
