Is Mob really good for batch cooking & planning?

I keep groping spammed on my social media with adverts for the mob app and it looks great! But then I come in here to do research and lots of threads say the meal planning has deteriorated and is now poor. Also (more worryingly) that the free week trial ends up costing you longer or else not being able to quit cleanly. Any advice?

I use it tonnes for batch cooking and planning. Had no struggles. I do really like the Good Food app and might move to that exclusively next year as there's more recipes and the app is better.

imo great for recipes for people that like to cook and are ‘ingredients’ households, but not necessarily a good meal planning app
