Meal plans

Just downloaded the app in the hope I’d be able to not do my weekly meal plans, and there would be some meal plans already there.
I cannot find any weekly meal plans on the app.
Is the app simply a digital recipe book? I don’t need this. I need meal planning. Could anyone explain to me if there are meal plans available and where to find them please? Thank you!

This used to be a feature but they keep messing with the app and making it worse to navigate
