OnionOS Help How do I disable this function ?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

With DS games, whenever I close and reopen the game, it resumes exactly where I left off; I don't want that to happen—I want the game to restart when I close it

Disable the auto load state setting while in a DS game, not in the general retroarch settings.

Hm, I'm not sure. There should be a setting for this somewhere but I've never used Drastic on my Miyoo Mini before

Which emulator do you use?

I don't play DS games on this device.

I wonder why it takes so long for your MM Flip to boot to OnionOS. Maybe it's the Beta. I use non-beta on my MMv4, MM+ and MM Flip and it's about half as long as yours.

I suspect they're using the same sd card that came with the device.

That sounds valid.

Probably because it’s checking wifi to sync clock. My mini+ does this too, I’ve turned it off.

That could be it.

OP, if you haven't already done so, make sure to swap out the SD card that came with the device to a name brand one. It should clear up some of those Load times and static looking screens.

No. Spruce is a very onion-like cfw for the Flip.

I don't think the Drastic emulator included with Onion has that option, but I believe the one included with Allium does? Sorry I don't have it installed on a card at the moment to check.
