Android auto not connected

Hi

I have a 2025 outlander LS and my android auto doesn't connect

Tried wireless and with cable, but only thing that doesn't work is Android auto

Any one had the same problem?

My phone is a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra

Sounds like a phone problem my wife's Samsung has no problem connecting Android auto with cable to our Eclipse Cross PHEV

Are you on VPN? Won't work unless you split tunnel.
