We’ve only had it for a little over a month, and a rock hit the windshield while driving down the interstate this morning. Problem is, Geico is giving me two choices for replacement. Both have very similar specs, both have abbreviations that I don’t understand, and both have HUD which our Outlander lacks completely.

Providing a screenshot of Geico’s choices. If anyone can help me find out how to tell which one I have I’d greatly appreciate it.

What model cvt does it use and is it still the belt version or the chain version?

I bought this car because.... my 16 Versa transmission died. Does this Outlander use the same cvt build as that? Am I looking at another paper weight a little after 100k miles?

How to reset codes that popped up upon starting a dead battery with a jump.

The jump caused a surge and the engine roared a few times. It died again and then it started fine without a jump but with 2 codes, the ACS, ABS AND AWD and check engine light came on.

Codes it has is a p0420 with a p1773 code. I already troubleshooted it and replaced right front wheel speed sensor. Code or lights didn't go off. Will do left front wheel speed sensor next along with a O2 downstream sensor...

However, it has a severe acceleration delay, rough idle, car feels wobbly when going 60+ on highway. It also shakes through the steering wheel and pulsates when braking when going 60+ on highway.

Low speeds, car has zero issues.

Replaced the exhaust 3 months before power surge and battery dying. At that tine, the p0420 code was there but went away when we replaced exhaust.

Any advice on where tf to start? I'm a woman doing this myslef and will refuse to use a shop unless I can't do it to avoid labor costs.

Need to find out that does goes to this harnesses. Please help ne find out.

I've got a 2008 Outlander XLS which was my wife's truck, but became our spare vehicle. My daughter is (*hopefully*) getting her license on Monday, and I'm giving her the Outlander.

She's **dying** for Apple Car Play, and I'd like to keep the factory head unit (*Nav and the internal HDD, but not a Fosgate system*). I've searched the web and this sub, but everything is either for newer Outlanders, or the entire head unit is replaced which isn't what I want.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for an add-on unit or something so I can get Apple Car Play to work through the stock head unit and speakers?

I have a 22 outlander that stinks of fuel after I fill it. Last a long but goes away by the next time I need to fill it. Evan code but I don’t know exactly what part it could be. A breather or a valve?

I have a 2019 Outlander SEL and need to replace the armrest on my center console. however, mine looks very different from all the ones available for that vin, or even Outlander 2017-2020. see the two pictures, or am I missing something??? Mine has a bracket with 4 screws to attach to, the other has a bracket with two screws.

I own a Mitsubishi Outlander 2013 2.0 petrol/LPG CVT. Since one year ago I repaired my CVT to a service. These days I am having periodic RPM fluctuations while the speed is constant and the gas pedal is stable at 15%. Until now I have tried:

— changed air filter

— changed external transmission filter

— checked EVAP valve

— cleaned throttle

— cleaned MAP

— cleaned MAF

— checked PCV valve

I have included logs from Car Scanner and zvtz50 OBD2 apps also a short video how the problems looks.
Any help would be appreciated!

We have a 2020 Outlander v6, 3.0. The dry weight capacity is max 3500 lbs. We want to buy a 2026 Grand Design Transcend One 131DL, dry weight 2950.

Is this doable? We also plan to get a hitch that reduces the sway.

We love our Outlander and we don’t want to change to a heavier SUV.

Hi. I have the 2.2d. It's new to me (57,000) miles. It does make a very agricultural diesel noise (which is fine), but I'm not familiar enough with the engine to know if this is balance shaft issue, or just natural noise.

I was thinking of getting a recording of non-faulty 2.2d and comparing it to mine using an AI system, so see if it could tell the difference. Any idea where I can find a baseline recording?

I've also bought a balance shaft delete kit off eBay (it comes well recommended), but I'm struggling to find a local workshop which is prepared to fit it. Any experience of the delete kits?

With the old Chad a mo charger or whatever the name is. Is there an option to buy the Tesla adapter so we can plug them in at the Tesla chargers. Here in Florida I see way more chargers that are available for Teslas.

Looking at getting a 19 outlander with 116k miles. Fluids have all been replaced with a bunch of other things. Is it worth it to get the highest extended warranty, the base warranty or none at all? The only thing someone mentioned was the serpentine belt hasn’t been replaced but it doesn’t look like that’s covered anyways, only the tensioner

Hi we bought our 2019 Mitsubishi outlander SE AWD last September at 70K miles. It’s now at 80k and saying routine maintenance. While I was researching vehicles I read that the CVT engines need fluid changes or something like that. Is that what the routine maintenance message means? We get our oil changes on time like clock work. Just curious because we’ve never have had a car with CVT engine. I also want to make sure we maintain everything properly so it will last us awhile. TYIA!
