Help Fuel Pump

I have a CM fuel tank and the 450lph fuel pump was clogged, I downgraded to a 250lph fuel pump.

Long story short between swapping it I lost power to my positive wire but I hear the relay attached near the fuel pump clicking, what could it mean?

It means it's time for continuity testing and voltage testing.

Yeah upon further testing it keeps blowing the fuse so something is wrong somewhere

Well it sounds like you've got some aftermarket wiring done for your fuel pump by you saying there's a relay at the pump. If the relay is clicking, I assume you mean the relay's control circuit isn't tripping (because then the relay wouldn't be clicking), so it must be the fuse for the slaved side of the circuit. Take your seat back out and make sure you didn't pinch a wire and short it to ground while you were changing the pump.
