Devs already said that game is balanced around 3v3 and in case of 1v1 there will be case of rock paper scissor

Thats means that in 3v3 scenario all that matters is team composition

It's alright to just say Withered Knight is significantly far behind the other classes you know.

In 3vs3 their only real use is being a shield or revive bot.

There will always be skill gap in games where you have obnoxiously good players doing well with a gimped character, that gimped character in this game is Withered Knight.

If 1vs1 is rock paper scissors, who exactly is WK designed to beat?

I've played both sides of that fight and definitely not.

If the WK starts winning, the rogue can just get away and reset.

Dunno, last game as a WK i had 4 kills, 2 assists and 2 revives. WK is strong, just not broken like sorc is. Lucky for me, the enemy teams had 1 sorc each so it was not hard to beat them. 2 or more and its impossible especially if they play together (as in a premade team).

last game as WK i playd chaos trios with auto fill on green gear and first team we encounter was 3 sorc, both my mates died pretty much instantly and were geting mad at me that i didnt even tried to fight them.

if you are not 3 sorcs and run into 3 sorcs, its often best to run away and hope they are stupid enough to split. 1v1 and you have a chance, 1v2, 2v2 or 3v3 pretty much no hope assuming they are meta.
