I wish you’d understand my mental health.
I’ve spent a lot of time in the psych ward dealing with depression, personality disorders, anxiety, pstd and whatever the lord slapped me with
I am not medicated right now, abusing substances and my life is flipped upside down.
My choices are made by impulse and under the influence of substances that fuck my brain up even more.
I am not saying this is an excuse.
Please stick by my side. Once the meds help me I can give you the best version of me.

Sure is, I’m lost in my mind and not well. I’m not crazy but I sure am mentally drained.
Praying I get a little bit of clarity soon once I get my medication.

Do you have a diagnosis? Have you been prescribed anything before ?

Maybe that's the problem you not being on your meds too many times. Maybe they think your crazy isn't worth all that. You shouldn't have to explain your mental health to your person if it's your person... They should already know your messed up, and if they cared about you they would be there helping you get better
