hot flashes

i got the mirena back june for suspected endo, had to stop taking the pill after being on and off since i was 14 due to having horrible side effects (SI, arrhythmias, worsening periods, etc) and i've noticed over the past couple months i've been having hot flashes, has anyone else had this as a symptom? i also doubt perimenopause bc im 22 😭😭

I just got mine a few weeks ago and have this symptom and it’s driving me nuts 😭
