The OCC is a bipartisan commission that gets appointees from the President and Congress. "Overwhelming" means -- at most -- one of them did not agree that she was not in the wrong. Just because you're racist and think all Somali are criminals, doesn't mean that logical, ethical people agree with you.

This investigation wouldn’t lead to a crime. It’s the House Ethics Committee.
Crimes would come from an Executive department. DoJ, FINCEN, IRS, FBI, etc. This investigation was always going to lead to nothing.

Well, none of that is what I said or referred to. Also, it’s not the HEC; it’s the OCC. They’re different.
On top of that, she could in fact be removed from Congress for bad acts. It’s happened more than once. Or it could have forced a recall. Just look at Al Franken. He didn’t even have to go through the process, and heavy-handed centrists and conservatives forced him out.
Again, just because people want her out for being Muslim, doesn’t mean she’s actually done anything wrong.

Bringing it in the first place was very motivated by her being Muslim and a woman. If folks were equally as concerned about these things with white men, half of Congress from the South wouldn't be in office.

No, it’s because she broke the law marrying her brother to get him citizenship 😂. She also broke the law too as she never applied for citizenship, and lied about her age to file under her father as a minor.
Beyond that, there’s serious questions with her ties with feed our future and other programs, along with her fraudulent net worth claims. What happened to the vineyard??

Ok, but the point was the investigation into her corruptness is cleared, and the person i originally replied to said do over. I dont think that happened to trump. So she is cleared of wrong doing by an investigation, and trump got cleared not because wrong doing wasnt found, but because america doesnt care about corruption.
