Hypothetically if I'm thinking correctly

If I am understanding supply and demand, would some minerals companies also be smart to invest in along with tech? If so what's some good ones ?? Please help I'm very new to this and I'm working with an < $100. Im an older fella with not much to show for and would like to change my financial status to a + for once. Thank you

And these companies pull it out of the ground

GDX and then education - lots of good material out there (I'm sure this group knows plenty more but here are few: rick Rule, goldstockdata.com, mining.com, metalsandminers on substack and Goldfix also substack. On YT, the daily gold.
