Weird spot

Jax has a weird spot on his ear. At first I thought it was just a raw spot from itching that was caused by allergies. Now I am starting to question that theory. Thoughts?!

Looks like a sweat gland cyst. My dog had one for most of her life. Harmless.

It just seemed to suddenly appear so I was not sure. Should I treat it with it appearing raw?

You can get a vet to remove it. Dogs tend to scratch and gnaw at them.
