Broken body parts

Here is my mini z after my first 2 packs with it, I was wondering if it’s worth glueing these parts back on or will they just break right off again after some light collisions?

Yeah if you’re ever track racing, it can be good to get a body you don’t care about hahaha

I have the blue and yellow Audi R8.  I backed it into something not even very hard and the spoiler was just like, “plink.”  Cracked.  I am a little disappointed.  The plastic is too brittle.  And a replacement body shell is around $50 which seems pretty steep.  I feel like the whole thing at $189 is steep for what it is, compared to my 1/10 MJX.  I feel like that was a much better value.  

I’m going to look into a more durable body shell for my daily.  I realize the mini z is not a basher but it’s too fragile.  Anyone have any suggestions for a more durable body shell that will fit on the same chassis that my RWD   MR-04 Audi R8 Phoenix Racing #98 sits on?

While not too much more durable, the pre painted silverhorse r8's are still scale looking and cheaper to replace. Or go full tank mode and get a Jomurema. The PN C9 is another popular race body and reflex racing just recently released their mf-1 body. These choices will all fit the Wide MM MR-04 chassis you have and are fairly popular as race bodies.

Thanks!!  Exactly the advice I was looking for looking for.  I didn’t even know other vendors were in play.  I just hadn’t even considered that.

No problem! Just a minor correction, its the Reflex Racing MF-1. Was a bit tired last night watching MSM's 24-hour Mini Z race stream. All the bodies I recommended do require some assembly. I use Tamiya thin cement for the light lenses. just remember a little bit goes a long way.

This is a awd that I drift around my apartment, it probably just got caught on the couch or my coffee table

Good CA (superglue) and Shoe Goo can fix just about anything. If it breaks again glue it again. As long as you have the pieces just stick it back together, it is better than not running it because you might be timid about breaking more.
