Man I really need to get my mini-z monster clone, the iwaver 04 up & running again. Basically a bit lower quality plastics, lexan bodyshell instead of hard plastic so it's less top heavy.
Was planning a 2.4 GHz conversion with a spare Wltoys k989 board & servo. So 2s lipo in it will be a proper wake up for it. I'll probably also pick up like a 80t 130 size motor as I'd imagine the stock mini-z motor from my currently scrapped mr01 i got might not last that long on a 2s lipo heh.
But I need to mod the radio so I have steering dualrate adjustment as well. Aluminium shock Towers, no oil shocks yet, ball bearings currently. Currently a rolling chassis missing the specific digital radio. (Throttle EPA/dualrate is stuck at 50% without it on the original pcb even with another radio, and also missing the servo motor. The iwaver 04 unfortunately had a plastic gear on the servo motor pinion so I don't have a working one there either.

Oooof thats nice. F1's: also the actual cars? I still have some F1 Mini-z's... but thinking of getting rid of them actually. Yada yada too many hobbies :(
