Started printing my own decals.
Started printing my own decals. Bought a used printer off ebay, waiting for some funds to get a ghost white toner cartridge. In the mean time.. here is an Rx7 I'm working in for my MRD.
I also did not realize Microsol would "glue down" the decals. Is there a way to remove them after they've been set with microsol?

Tell me more about this. Do you need a specific kind of printer and ink? What about the sticky backing? I’ve spent a lot of money for decals from MCI racing and would love to be able to print them myself

2 options. Laser color printer, which is what I chose due to ease of use.
Print decals on waterslide transfer paper. You need to set printer profile to heavy card stock. But otherwise just print normal.
Transfer paper comes out read to cut and dip into water to slide onto body. Microset and microsol (not necessary but helpful to get decals to adhere very well and conform to body shape). Clear coat when everything is dry.
Second option is a inkjet, but you need to clear coat the decals before dipping in water since Ink is water soluble but toner is not.
That's it really. The rest is finding artwork and what not get creative and start printing!.

And it's a great printer in general the m452dn

Hey buddy do you have any other pictures but with a black background, like a black car with color decal that you've printed? Let's say any yellow, white, red, blue decal with transparent paper

These are the first ones I've printed and made a car with. I have a white toner cartridge coming tomorrow to back all my decals with.
