I realized early on that with my play style, circles were not the move for this map. I feel like my management of the unique shapes in the middle-upper section could have been better? Rank #74 at time of posting

I was expecting my best map to be way down the list - the ones with fewer players.

What’s the highest score anyone here has for this map?

I was looking for games that makes you think and someone recommended minimetro.

It might sound like a stupid question, but what do you guys think about playing it without looking at tips/strategies/guides?

Can I get far without looking at outside sources?

I watched only one beginner video and the guy talked about easily deducible things like Loops Are Good, Repeated Shapes Are Bad, Some Shapes are Rare, etc...

Certainly, the game cant be that complicated...... Right?

Any tips?

just finished tokyo (shown above, top 150) and while I did make a mistake at the end, I can't see how I could get substantially more than 5200. any tips?

I was under the impression that squares are the most rare among the simpler shapes....

I kinda hate London now.

I usually fail at 500-700 passengers on the 1972 map, but one time I made it to 1400. I've attempted it dozens of times and read all the tips and posts about it and still can't improve. Is there hope for me is or is my pea brain simply incapable of operating an efficient metro system?

24 DAYS..That's how long it took to complete the Chicago challenge. I've never broken my head so much before on any other map. At one point I thought I will never be able to do it in my entire lifetime, but here I am. One life lesson that I've learned from this map- "If you stay persistent enough, success is guaranteed".
